Control it from the cab, the load area or outside
Easily control your electrical accessories with a variety of devices. For optimal workflow, we recommend a switch panel with display in the cabin, plus a remote control or backlit switch in the load area. If you're installing a weighing system, consider adding a switch panel with display near the rear doors to monitor vehicle weight while loading.

01Can you install Modul-Connect in any vehicle?
Yes. It runs parallel to the vehicle and does not interfere with the vehicle’s system. It is designed to be compatible with any commercial vehicle or passenger car, as long as sufficient 12V power is available.
02Is Modul-Connect only for fleets?
Not at all. While Modul-Connect is ideal for fleet management and large-scale operations, it's equally beneficial for individual vehicles and small businesses. The system is fully adaptable to different needs, making it just as effective for large organisations as it is for smaller setups. Whether you manage one van or a hundred, the platform gives you full control over lighting, power, and connected accessories.
03How do I get started with Modul-Connect?
Getting started is simple:
- Contact a Modul-System dealer to discuss your setup.
- Choose your components (control unit, switches, sensors, etc.) based on your needs.
- Install and configure the system through a certified installer.
- Download the Modul-Connect app to monitor and control your system from your phone or tablet.
04Can I expand the system later?
Yes. Modul-Connect is modular by design — components can be added or reconfigured at any time through our certified installers as your vehicle or business needs evolve.
05Does Modul-Connect require an internet connection?
The system does not require an internet connection for local control and monitoring of vehicle accessories. However, to enable remote control and fleet management features, the included SIM card must be activated, and your phone must have an active internet connection.
06Is the Modul-Connect app free?
Yes, the Modul-Connect mobile app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play.
07How do software updates work?
Software updates are delivered via the app or through our authorised workshops. Keeping your system up to date ensures access to new features and performance improvements.
08Who do I contact for support?
For technical support, installation guidance, or troubleshooting, please contact your Modul-System dealer or authorised workshop.
